What is the purpose of Career Coaching?

Career Coaching is used to help individuals identify key talents and competencies in order to determine future career roles that best suit their strengths.

What is the Career Coaching process?

Throughout a series of meetings the client will first identify specific goals and expectations followed by the completion of a number of assessment tools. At each session one assessment will be used to direct discussion between the coach and client. The data is linked to the clients’ goals helping to determine what strengths to leverage, what hurdles to deal with and how. Each session uses active problem-solving.

How is Career Coaching helpful?

Career Coaching will help an individual to recognize their core strengths, allow them to explore the traits that allow them to be most effective and identify what roles allow them to use these characteristics to their highest potential. Acquiring and/or reacquainting themselves with this knowledge leads to the discovery of what energizes and motivates them at the center, so that they can perform to their maximum ability and become as successful as they choose to be.
