Q: How do I pay?
A: We are set up to accept major credit cards through PayPal. You can also pay through your PayPal account.

Q: What do I have to do to prepare for the session?
A: You need to complete 2 assessments (Schoolplace Big 5 and Signature Themes). They are due 1 week prior to your workshop session.

Q: How do I access my assessments?
A: An email with instructions for completing your assessments will be sent to the email address you indicated on your registration form 24 – 48 hours after you register.

Q: What email address will I receive the assessment instructions from?

Q: When do I have to have my assessments completed?
A: 1 week prior to your workshop session.

Q: What do I need to do to sign up for the “friends package”?
A: You need to be able to give the names of the 3 friends who will be participating with you.

Q: Do all 4 friends need to attend the same workshop?
A: No. Each friend can sign up for the date that best suits their schedule.

Q: I’m older than 23, but I’d like to take the training. Can I sign up?
A: Please contact The Spear Group directly (stephanie@speargroupinc.net) for other options.

Q: Will there be additional sessions offered following the October 4th session?
A: Yes. Please fill out a registration form without moving on to the payment portion of registration process. We will send you new dates as they are scheduled (your information will only be used to send you a flyer). Another option is to check the website in September for new date postings.

Q: Can I give this program to my child as a gift?
A: Yes. You can sign your child up by completing the online registration form and completing the payment portion of the registration process. Please let them know that they will be receiving assessment instructions via email to be completed 1 week before their scheduled session date.

Q: Once I have registered for a session date can I switch dates?
A: Only if the requested session is not full.
